1. Using the Website
You must use this Website lawfully and not misuse it (e.g., by attempting to hack, spread malware, or infringe copyrights).
Accounts you create must contain accurate details. You are responsible for keeping login details secure.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
2. Purchases & Payments
All prices are in USD, displayed in your local currency (where available) and include any applicable taxes where required.
Payments are processed securely by PayPal or Stripe; we do not store card details.
Orders are binding once confirmed at checkout.
3. Digital Products (Beats, Beat Packs, Licences)
Digital downloads are delivered immediately after purchase.
By purchasing, you consent to immediate download and acknowledge you lose your right to the standard 14-day cancellation period.
No refunds are offered on digital products once the download begins.
Beat licences are governed by their own licence agreements (see our Licensing page). In case of conflict, the licence agreement takes precedence.
If a licence is refunded or terminated, all rights to use the beat are lost.
4. Services (Mixing, Mastering, Custom Beats, Consultation, Studio Time, Video Editing)
Service scope, pricing, and timelines are agreed before work begins.
Once final delivery has been made and accepted, no refunds are available.
If you cancel before work has begun, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund.
5. Merchandise (Printful Print-on-Demand)
All merchandise is fulfilled and shipped by Printful, our third-party partner.
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, report it within 21 days of delivery, including clear photos of the issue. We will submit a claim to Printful and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.
If a package is lost in transit, notify us within 21 days of the estimated delivery date.
We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or late claims. Please check size charts carefully before ordering.
6. Intellectual Property
All beats, audio, visuals, text, and other materials on this Website are owned by SNW Pro Rec or licensed to us.
You may not copy, distribute, or exploit our content without permission, except as allowed under a purchased licence.
7. Disclaimers & Liability
Our Website and products are provided “as is”.
We make no guarantee that the Website will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Age Requirements
This Website is available to users aged 13+.
Purchases may only be made by users aged 18+, or with parent/guardian consent.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Updates will be posted here with a new “Effective Date.”
Continued use of the Website means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cheshire, UK.
